Share Your Views on the Draft Placemaking Plan
Since mid-2025, Owen Davies Consulting has been working with Rhosllannerchrugog Community Council and local stakeholders to develop a Placemaking Plan for the village.
The Plan identifies priority projects to help attract investment and improvement in Rhosllannerchrugog over the next 5-10 years.
The draft Plan includes four objectives, with specific proposals for community consideration under each:
- Revitalise Market Street
- Celebrate culture and heritage, and link together key cultural places
- Improve movement and access
- Empower cross-cutting community leadership and collective action
We now want to hear your views on these proposals. Your local knowledge and feedback are vital to get this Plan right.
How can I comment?

- Share your general thoughts via our feedback form
You can also view the proposals and meet the team at our drop-in session in the foyer of the Stiwt on Thursday 19 March (2pm-7pm).
Hard copies of the Plan will be available to review from Thursday 19 March at Rhos Library, the office of Rhos Community Council, and in the foyer of the Stiwt (all during usual opening hours).
The consultation runs until Monday 30 March 2026. Your feedback will help shape the final version of the Plan, which will be used to support funding applications for improvement projects.
This project is led by Rhosllannerchrugog Community Council, supported by Owen Davies Consulting.
